Hieronder volgt een bondige omschrijving van enkele lopende projecten. Ontwikkelingen worden periodiek bijgehouden op mijn weblog.
Onderzoek Contractenrecht
Recent onderzoek heeft geleid tot drie boeken, die in 2006 zijn verschenen:

De boeken zijn verschenen bij Kluwer.
Wessels Insolventierecht
Met de publikatie van 'International Insolvency Law' is tegelijk een start gemaakt met de bewerking van de 10-delige serie Wessels Insolventierecht. Per maart 2008 zijn vijf bewerkte delen verschenen.
De serie verschijnt bij Kluwer.
SDU CommentarenOndernemingsrecht
Met prof. mr Kroeze (Erasmus Universiteit) en prof. mr Raaijmakers (Universiteit Maastricht) vorm ik de redactieraad van SDU Commentaren Ondernemingsrecht, waarin vanaf medio 2006 gedetailleerde commentaren zullen verschijnen op het terrein van Ondernemingsrecht, Insolventierecht en Financieel recht. De commentaren zullen ook online beschikbaar zijn.

American College of Bankrupty
Tezamen met voormalig hoogleraar en thans rechter Hon. Bruce A. Markell (U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of Nevada, USA) werk ik aan een boek, met als werktitel 'International Cooperation in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Matters', en als ondertitel: 'On the origins, development and future of communication and cooperation in cross-border insolvency cases between insolvency practitioners and courts.'Uitgever Oceana (Oxford University Press).

American Law Institute
Tezamen met professor Ian Fletcher (University College London) ben ik voor het American Law Institute Reporter voor het project 'Principles for Cooperation in International Insolvency Cases'. Het is een gezamenlijk project met het International Insolvency Institute: 'The objective of the project is to establish the extent to which it is feasible to achieve a worldwide acceptance of the Principles of Cooperation among the NAFTA Countries (USA, Canada, Mexico) that were developed during the American Law Institute's Transnational Insolvency Project and which were approved by its membership at its Annual Meeting in 2000. In addition to exploring the degree of consensus that can be achieved in relation to the ALI Principles of Cooperation (or as many of them as proves to be practicable), the project intends to build on the foundation of that ground-breaking study by investigating the possibility of extending, or further refining, certain of the Principles in order to reflect the evolution of global opinion regarding important issues in the transnational insolvency process, and current views concerning the priority to be accorded to resolving such issues. These include the principles and procedures to be applied in cases where insolvency occurs within multinational corporate groups and principles containing conflict of law recommendations.' Het project loopt tot 2009.
