- The International Monetary Fund (IMF), project in Indonesia.
- The World Bank, project in Georgia.
- The European Committee, project in Estonia.
- An American bondholder with an interest in a Dutch conglomerate.
- A European branch of a worldwide 'food-group' (financial lease warehouses).
- A Dutch lottery organisation (contract interpretation; procedure to nullify arbitral award).
- A 'top 5' Dutch bank in relation to security rights construction re financing of some 20 corporations in the Netherlands, Germany and Poland.
- A French investment holding in relation to corporate law issues of an Indonesian company.
- A Dutch IT company (contract interpretation re an M&A deal with US buyer).
- A second 'top 5' Dutch bank in relation to pursuing a claim for fraudulent preference (Action Pauliana).
In addition I provide advice to lawyers both in the Netherlands and abroad
acting as the 'Counsel's counsel', advising in 'complex' cases, giving
well-reasoned advice or rendering opinions or affidavits that may be
presented in court. I also provide advice in relation to insolvency,
recent examples include Aino, United Pan-Europe Communications (UPC),
Yukos Oil and BenQ Holding.
