I would like to begin by introducing myself. My name is Bob Wessels and I have over 35 years' experience as a legal counsel and advisor. I worked for the Legal Services group (Moret) Ernst & Young Tax Advisors and their alliance partner Holland van Gijzen Attorneys and Civil Law Notaries from 1993 until the end of 2005. Since then I have once again had my own practice. The main body of my work comprises general commercial and corporate law, contract law and insolvency law. All the services I provide benefit from my vast experience in international legal practice, legal theory and jurisprudence . This website illustrates a number of my recent and current activities.
