My name is Bob Wessels. I have been an independent legal counsel, advisor and arbitrator, with 45 years of business experience. For over 25 years I acted as a deputy justice in the Court of Appeal in The Hague. From 1988-2014 I was a law professor (civil law, commercial law, insolvency law) at the Vrije University in Amsterdam and the University of Leiden.
